Welcome to my site.
Here you will find
more about me and my approach to yoga - and life. Here you will also find much of the material I use in my teaching,
so giving you an idea of what to expect if you attend my classes. For more serious students of yoga the Library contains
notes on the series of talks I give which together contstitute the course I call Yoga Sadhana. They may provide you
with a basis for study leading to your taking other courses (including teaching courses) with other schools of yoga, or just
help to fill in a few gaps in your knowledge. Either way I hope they are useful.
Please
contact me if you are interested in joining a class or for a 1to1 session. Visitors to the area from the rest of the
UK or overseas are invited to join us at the Wednesday class.

WHY PLANT TREES?
When
I returned from my pilgrimage to India I had a dream where it became clear that I was being led to replant a mountain side
with forest trees before my death. Since then I have supported several tree planting charities but am presently concentrating
all my efforts on helping TreeAid working in Africa. Just one penny (1p) is enough for me to pay for one baobab tree
seed which may grow into a giant tree of use to villagers in an African village. Just think how many people would benefit
by the planting of one million trees. These trees may not be concentrated on one mountain side but the ecological benefits
may be even greater. CAN YOU HELP ME?
For just expenses I am prepared to visit groups to lead dayschools
in yoga anywhere in Britain. All I ask is for a donation to be made for TreeAid at least the usual rate you would
be prepared to pay a visiting tutor. Between us we can make the world a greener place.
