Bhujangasana - The Cobra
The legs remain
straight. With arms alongside the body, use the muscles of the low back initially to lift the upper body. Do not
raise the head to look upwards. Transfer to using the arms once the hands are under the shoulders to complete the lift.
Do not hunch the shoulders. Keep the neck long and in line with the upper spine.
