. NATARAJASANA - Lord of the Dance pose
and twist variation

This is a beautiful balancing pose. It develops the sense of balance while
strengthening the supporting leg. Drawing the raised leg backwards helps to open the hip and stretch the quadriceps
muscles on the front of the thigh. To develop confidence use a bar or support until the position is achieved and then
release and stretch the `spare` arm forwards.
